Olga is the founder and lead wedding planner at CiaO Wedding Stories. She holds a degree in English Philology and Literature from Vilnius University, as well as a diploma in Multilingual Translation Studies.
After completing her education, Olga moved straight into the wedding industry, building her business from the ground up. Over more than a decade, she has developed a strong network of local partners in Italy and a planning approach that combines precise organization with meaningful, personal storytelling.
Fluent in Italian, English, Lithuanian, and Russian, Olga specializes in custom-designed weddings throughout Italy. She has a deep interest in blending different cultures and their traditions with Italian style, and a commitment to creating celebrations that are both beautiful and emotionally memorable.
Dovilė is the lead coordinator of the CiaO team. She has over 10 years of experience in the wedding industry, having worked as a decorator, florist, and coordinator, which gives her a deep understanding of every stage of event planning.
Dovilė also brings event management experience from her previous workplace, where she was responsible for organizing events of various scales and guest programs both in Lithuania and abroad.
Her professionalism is backed not only by years of hands-on experience but also by focused education - she studied at the only Wedding Business School in Lithuania, specializing in planning, coordination, and decor.
Additionally, Dovilė holds a bachelor’s degree in Art History and a master’s degree in International Communication — two fields that continue to support her in creating a visually appealing wedding vision and ensuring smooth communication with every client, their guests, and vendors.

Marija is a wedding planner’s assistant and social media specialist at CiaO Wedding Stories. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management and a Master’s in International Hospitality Management from the University of Derby in the UK.
Before joining the CiaO team, Marija gained hands-on wedding planning experience at renowned UK venues, including the historic Devonshire Dome and the 5-star Crescent Hotel in Buxton. She later expanded her skill set by working in corporate event planning at Broadgate Quarter in London.
Today, Marija brings her creativity, international experience, and passion for emotional storytelling to every celebration she helps bring to life.
